Dress Rehearsal (Tuesday, April 14th)

Dress rehearsal is scheduled for Tuesday, April 14th beginning at 5:30pm. The order of events will be as follows: 

 

  1. Finale (Involves EVERYONE! We will start right around 5:30pm and review the end of the show first—this will take approximately 15 minutes.)

  2. Incredibles Synchro

  3. Basic Skills

  4. Kaitlyn’s Freestyle Group

  5. Abbey’s Freestyle Group

  6. Kristan & Lauren’s Freestyle Group

  7. Dance Group

  8. Adi & Olga’s Freestyle Group

  9. How To Train Your Dragon Production

 

General Logistics for TUESDAY NIGHT:

  • Each group will do 1-2 run throughs of their program before we will move onto the next group. 

  • I anticipate each group taking around 10 minutes, but I cannot give an exact start time that each group will go.

  • Skaters are excused after their last group number is done.

  • Soloists will have an opportunity to run their solo programs at the conclusion of all the group rehearsals. I will have a sign-up sheet available should they be interested. 

Costumes

Skaters are welcome to wear their costumes for the Tuesday rehearsal but are not required to until Thursday’s rehearsal. Really, it’s just to get a feel for skating in the costumes so it’s not a surprise during the performance.

General Show Logistics

  • Arrival times for the shows:

    • Friday evening: skaters should be in the arena by 5:15pm.

    • Saturday afternoon: skaters should be in the arena by 1:15pm.

  • Locker rooms for the show will be as follows:

    • #1—Basic Skills skaters

    • #2—Coaches

    • #3—Adi's Freestyle (except Belle & Emma) and Kaitlyn's Freestyle

    • #4—Abbey's Freestyle and Emily Adams, Melody Martin, and Mallory Morris

    • #5—Lauren/Kristan's Freestyle and Avery Blackledge, Emma Falkenberg, and Belle Hays

    • Ref Room—Noah & Isaac Hausman

Running Order

Attached is the full running order for the performances this weekend. All skaters doing a solo will perform their solo on both evenings (unless they have indicated a conflict). Soloist families have also received an email with the time slot their skater has for warm-up.
