Spring Show Updates & Reminders & Running Order
Good morning! I wanted to share a couple of pieces of information as we continue to prepare for our annual show performance.
Running Order: Please see the attached running order for the show.
Costumes: All costumes have been ordered. When they arrive, we will arrange for your skater to try it on to ensure proper fit. After this step is completed, the costume will be yours to keep.
Locker Rooms: Locker rooms for the performances will be assigned. It is important that skaters use the locker room they are assigned to so that the show staff is able to locate and assist skaters as needed. They are as follows:
#1—Basic Skills skaters
#2—Coaches
#3—Adi's Freestyle (except Belle & Emma) and Kaitlyn's Freestyle
#4—Abbey's Freestyle and Emily Adams, Melody Martin, and Mallory Morris
#5—Lauren/Kristan's Freestyle and Avery Blackledge, Emma Falkenberg, and Belle Hays
**We will need 1-2 locker room monitors for locker rooms #1, #3, and #4 for each performance. This role is simply to provide an extra set of hands to ensure skaters are ready (i.e. costumes and tying skates) and general supervision during the show. Volunteers do not need tickets and will have a chance to watch portions of the show from the side and/or by sitting in the player's benches during the show.
Volunteers: We always need help on the day of the show performances. Please consider one of these opportunities:https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0F4CA4A92AA7F85-63317007-spring

Dress Rehearsal and Show Performance Information
We have 2 nights of dress rehearsal for the skaters to get a feel for the smaller ice.
Tuesday, April 14th is from 5:30-8:30pm. We will begin with our finale and then run through the group numbers in the order that they appear in the show. Each group may run their program 2-3 times before we move on. Skaters are welcome to wear their costumes to get a feel for wearing them. Skaters are excused after they have completed their last group run through. Soloists will get to practice with any remaining time.
Thursday, April 16th is from 5:30-8:30pm. We will begin with our finale and then run through the whole show from beginning to end. Groups will likely only do 1 run through unless something more is needed. Soloists may choose to not do their solo. Skaters are released after they have finished their final group/solo run through.
We have 2 performances:
Friday, April 17th at 6pm
At this show we will recognize our graduating senior. She will have a table set up in the party room for you to visit and wish her well.
Saturday, April 18th at 2pm
Skaters who have solo’s (those who have passed Freestyle 4 and higher) will perform their solos for both performances. Running order will be available on Tuesday, May 6th.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
